Nothing is more striking in Jesus' life than the intimate union He shared with His Father. And prayer is one of the most consistent ways we see this intimacy expressed in Jesus' life. From early morning lonely places, to healing on the streets, to teaching His apprentices, to beads of sweat like blood - an entire life of prayer. We desire to pattern our lives after His, making prayer our first response, not a last resort.
