Communications Coordinator
The Well Church is seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Communications Coordinator to lead and deliver engaging, high-quality communications across all platforms.
This role is responsible for creating and managing content for our website, weekly newsletter, social media, emails, print materials and stage announcements, alongside overseeing graphic design, brand consistency, and communications strategy. You’ll also coordinate church-wide event communications, maintain and optimise our database systems, and provide administrative support to pastors, staff, and volunteer leaders to ensure smooth and effective operations.
We’re looking for a creative, organised and relational communicator with experience in design, digital platforms and marketing tools, strong attention to detail, and a heart for ministry. If you’re passionate about Jesus, aligned with our vision and values, and eager to use your gifts to help the church thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
