The Well Church is seeking a passionate and dedicated 24-7 Youth Worker to serve the school community at Beckenham Te Kura o Pūroto.

This part-time role (10 hours/week during term time) involves supporting students, building relationships, cultivating school spirit, leadership development, and integrating students with out-of-school activities.

The ideal candidate would also be a regular volunteer in The Well Church’s intermediate programme. 

Supervision and training are provided, including completion of the New Zealand Certificate in Youth Leadership (Level 3) in the first year.
