Are you passionate about helping children discover and follow Jesus?

The Well Church is seeking a relational and visionary Children’s Ministry Director to join our team from 27 July 2026, 24 hours per week.

This key leadership role involves equipping and developing volunteer leaders, creating engaging and spiritually formative programmes for children, partnering with parents in the discipleship of their families, and helping shape the future direction of children’s ministry within our church and community. We are looking for someone with proven experience working with children, volunteers, and families; strong leadership and communication skills; and a deep commitment to Jesus, spiritual formation, and the mission of the church.
