Children’s Ministry Director
Are you passionate about helping children discover and follow Jesus?
The Well Church is seeking a relational and visionary Children’s Ministry Director to join our team from 27 July 2026, 24 hours per week.
This key leadership role involves equipping and developing volunteer leaders, creating engaging and spiritually formative programmes for children, partnering with parents in the discipleship of their families, and helping shape the future direction of children’s ministry within our church and community. We are looking for someone with proven experience working with children, volunteers, and families; strong leadership and communication skills; and a deep commitment to Jesus, spiritual formation, and the mission of the church.

Seed Operations Leader
Are you a gifted organiser who loves creating the systems that let a church thrive?
Our upcoming church plant, Seed Wesleyan Church is seeking a proactive and relational Operations Leader to join the plant team in a staff role from 19 October 2026, 20 hours per week.
This key leadership role involves coordinating the logistical and administrative life of the church — overseeing Sunday service flow and volunteer teams, managing church communications and compliance, and building sustainable systems that allow our church to grow. We are looking for someone with experience in church ministry or office management, strong team leadership skills, and a deep commitment to Jesus and the mission of Seed Wesleyan Church.
